We put on THE EDGE to launch 10X Coaching Club, the business improvement division of our accountancy practice.
A hundred and forty people representing 80 local businesses came to hear Dean Marinac, one of Australia’s leaders in the field of business and peak performance. Dean showed those attending how they could gain the unfair advantage and increased profits in their business -- by doing key things they (and their competitors) currently don’t do or do poorly.
Dean addressed the four ‘X Factors’ critical to building a higher performing and more profitable business. They are:
X Factor 1 Focus – where you spend your time
X Factor 2 Growth – how you sell and market your business
X Factor 3 Numbers – managing everything by the numbers
X Factor 4 Lasercution – the way you get things done
In the X Factor 3 part of his presentation, Dean demonstrated the multiplier effect of ‘the growth equation’, how by making small changes to the key drivers in your business, you can dramatically improve your bottom line and business value. All attendees received their own ‘Edge’ workbook that highlighted the content of Dean’s presentation
